This charming finca combines authentic Andalusian style with modern comfort. The property features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an authentic kitchen and a cosy living room with a dining area.
Surrounding the house are several spacious terraces, so you can choose between sun or shade at any time of day. The terraces are fully furnished and the large private swimming pool offers a lovely way to cool off. In the evening, the front terrace is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The grounds are fully fenced, ideal for families with children or pets. The garden is a true paradise with lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees, as well as cherimoya, grapevines, fresh tomatoes and peppers. The garden is regularly maintained and the gardener brings you fresh eggs from the chickens every day. A side entrance leads to the private parking space, right next to a small supermarket – extremely convenient!

Layout
The central hall leads to the spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a smart TV with national and international channels. Everything is on one level, including the large dining table that seats eight people.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The finca has three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed – all fitted with new mattresses and air conditioning (hot/cold). There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, both with a bath.
During your stay, the garden is neatly maintained and the swimming pool is cleaned regularly. The swimming pool is closed during the winter months. The finca comfortably accommodates up to seven people, but is also particularly suitable for couples or smaller families seeking peace, space and privacy in the heart of the village.
