Renovation Finca Santa Ana completed

We used the Covid-19 lockdown period  to renovate our finca. In January we had already started  the renovation that would be finished in early April. The crisis has caused some delay, but we immediately improved a number of extra things. Now that it’s complete, we’re happy to show you the result.

We have renovated the living area, enlarged the kitchen and built a new bathroom. The kitchen now has an American fridge where you can tap cold filtered water: there is also a new large dining table. The sofa in the lounge corner was replaced with a comfortable sofa bed, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. (160cm wide)

The master bedroom now has a private bathroom since we sacrificed one small room. The second bedroom was significantly enlarged and has its own bathroom. The garden bedroom has air conditioning / heating, a smart TV and now has its own bathroom in the main house. The total number of sleeping places has remained the same.

The entire house has been equipped with high speed ​​internet after replacing the slower ADSL connection with fibreoptic.

We also refurbished the garden. The rainwater is collected, so that we have more water available, even in mid-summer, for watering the garden. A new bench was built near the trampoline, which is incorporated into the lawn. The garden has a new rear exit to the enlarged private parking lot. Finally, like every year, the house has been given a new coat of paint.
